Last summer, I participated in an event for kids where we caught ayu (sweetfish) and grilled them with salt. It's a fond memory how the kids, not knowing how to gauge the salt, ended up over-salting the fish, making them unforgettabley salty. I bet ayu grilled with a professional's touch must be incredibly delicious! ☺️
