Well, the main idea is 'anyone can stream,' right? Moving your neck, eyes, hands, or fingers requires considerable technical skill (or rather, knowledge of streaming environments). What surprised me the most was that someone didn't know or hadn't used OBS, which is something anyone streaming should know... I couldn't believe my eyes and ears. As a side note, it's even more interesting if you check out MixChannel? They have streams where the character's standing portrait doesn't move at all.
