It's what you'd call a 3-match puzzle. This might be due to my environment, but very rarely, when I clear it, it freezes. And when I close and reopen the app, the clear status sometimes disappears, which is a pain.

It's really disheartening to freeze right at the moment you finally cleared it. It's unacceptable for your efforts to go down the drain, no matter the circumstances. If you can't pinpoint the cause, maybe clearing your cache could help.
