After the treasure chest drop rate changed, the booster appearance rate was supposed to increase, but all I got was EXP no matter how many I opened. Finally, it appeared!! It feels like it's become harder to get than before the rate change... (-.-) Why?? Getting it for an hour makes the joy double (≧∇≦)b
