About these sudden events...

Um... this was a totally baseless assumption on my part, but I thought maybe the devs couldn't actually fix the interrogation bug and were just calling it a 'sudden event' as a cover? ...That's what I thought. But then I saw the details and realized, oh, it only happens if you set it up! ...Except it's happening even without setting it up.
