Did the gift feature disappear?

I thought there was a feature to give gifts to posts I liked a few days ago... (I've received them before too.) Or perhaps it was restricted, like only being able to gift to the main post but not comments? It's not directly related, but when viewing from a PC, the final blue 'Post' button is quite difficult to press! This might just be me though... I wish it were placed higher up.
