The lizard that visits me every day lately (probably)

Lately, it comes to eat every single day, even in the rain. But it must be cold... It probably hates getting wet, and it likely has no food... It seems to be looking for something, but it just stays still. Even when it moves, it's super slow. It makes me worried. It's a good hunter, catching even large prey that wouldn't fit in its mouth without fail. Watching it, I praise it from inside my room, "So good! So good!" lol It went to the trouble of coming, but it has no food today either... I hope it can hunt freely again. Go, little lizard!(*´ω｀*)☆
