It seems they haven't decided specifically when demolition will start and when its current form will disappear, but this is the Hiroshima Castle that was rebuilt (even if concrete) during the difficult post-war period after collapsing from the atomic bomb, and has been cherished by citizens. It's said to take decades until the wooden reconstruction is complete, so for many, this might be the last time they see this Hiroshima Castle.
