Survey
When surveys have options like these, I instantly lose motivation. I don't really do surveys often, but if the points are high, I might consider it. 'す' is probably gender. '勇気' (Courage) is a pretty famous mistranslation for birth date. And then there are other options that make no sense. For those who earn through surveys, how do you handle this?

This is a terrible mistranslation. Mistaking courage for birthdate raises doubts about the system's integrity. It's wise to avoid unreliable surveys and not force yourself to answer.

That's pretty bad... I lose motivation too when I think there's a possibility they might collect personal info through overseas surveys.

I'm too scared to do surveys, I've never done one... Sometimes when I'm watching videos and a survey from a company pops up, I don't know what to do...
