The dream I often have is of my younger self!

I don't know if it's recent or if it's been happening for a while? But the dream I often have is of confronting and conversing with my younger self! It's a strange experience, facing my past self and my present self! The story of the dream involves snowball fights with my mother or my body being buried in snow! Somehow, my future self knows that's what will happen! It's natural, but my future self is watching over my future self again! Even though the content far surpasses imagination, does it ultimately result in a picture of me enjoying life all by myself? Reaching out a hand, or warning of danger! Suggesting how to cross safely here! Even though I can't go back to the past, are these suggestions and warnings necessary? But, usually, when I have such dreams, I'm also extremely exhausted physically!
