About the New Feature

It feels a bit awkward that many features, like fishing (limited to real water bodies or the Rikka Inn?) and inquiry letters (Rikka Inn only), can only be accessed in places where you can't leisurely use your smartphone. I guess they wanted to give the Rikka Inn some functionality since they built it? Maybe they could make the Rikka Inn accessible from anywhere on weekends... but that's probably too much to ask.
