This is the 'Mazesoba - All Toppings' from a place called Roman, which specializes in Abura Soba (oil noodles) and Mazesoba (mixed noodles), about a 20-minute walk away. âš I decided to go all out and get the 'all toppings' option, and ended up with two eggs! ð€£ I mixed everything up really well and took a bite... The flavor is rich and hits you hard. ð They also have various flavor-changing condiments. I added the spicy minced meat miso, and wow... it wasn't just spicy, it was actually quite hot!! ð± It was so spicy I struggled to finish it all the way to the end. ð Next time, I want to try the Abura Soba!(*ÂŽèžïœ*)âª
