Favorite Bakery

On Saturday evening, I finally went back to my favorite bakery after not being able to visit for a while. It was a shame that there weren't many types of bread displayed, possibly because it was Sunday evening and the next day was a holiday, and my absolute favorite bread was gone. However, I was still able to buy the breads I love, so it's all good 🙆 The photos are of the treats I had after getting home. In the front left is the shio pan (salt bread), next to it is the almond croissant, and in the back is the sweet potato croissant 😊 This bakery's shio pan has a fluffy, chewy texture and is truly delicious. Plus, it's cheap 🤣 As for the almond croissants, perhaps because they're made with croissant dough, they have a crispy texture with a moderate saltiness and the aroma of butter filling your mouth. On top of that, the generous amount of almond cream and sweet potato filling blend perfectly, making them a blissful bread 🥐 I also bought a regular sliced campagne and a small campagne with cream cheese and blueberries, so I might have them for breakfast tomorrow 🤤 This bakery's campagne also has a great wheat aroma, which is the best. I might toast it and eat it with some Nagano Purple jam I received as a gift and butter 🤔
