Mushrooms I've Never Eaten ①
Oyster Mushroom I searched online and it seems like it's used in stir-fries and miso soup. I love mushrooms, but my husband hates them~ (｡>﹏<｡) So naturally, I don't get to eat them as often anymore 🥹 When I was a kid, my grandma grew shiitake mushrooms, so I used to help her with inoculating the logs~ Good memories 😊

Oyster mushrooms look plump and delicious! The memories with your grandmother are so lovely. It's a bit sad to deny yourself things you like, but how about treating yourself occasionally as a reward?
