Lunch
I came to my parents' house today, so I went to a tonkatsu restaurant with them. The menu item was called 'Hime Gozen' and it included pork fillet cutlet, seasonal fried item (asparagus), and crab cream croquette. I chose pork miso soup and five-grain rice. It also came with a small roll cake 😊 It was a bit too much food for me.

A warm lunch with your parents sounds lovely! The Hime Gozen must have been quite filling. Spending quality time with family is the best nourishment.

AuthorThanks! 🙏 I live apart from them, so I go back home sometimes thinking I'm being a good child... but no matter how old I get, parents are still parents. I'm always being treated to meals by them 😅
