Device Change and Point Activities

Have you ever experienced difficulty with point-earning activities after changing your device? For me, after switching devices, step-tracking apps became unusable~ I tried fiddling with settings and doing what I was told, but nothing worked... It was especially sad that Receipt Challenge, which used to be efficient, suddenly stopped measuring steps and lost its power-saving mode after the device change, becoming just a battery drain. I used to enjoy collecting receipts too...
