I might not cry anymore!!

⚠️All you crybabies out there, please read this⚠️ I'm a super big crybaby. Like, if a teacher scolds me even a little, I cry immediately. I cry even when I'm not sure if I'm actually being scolded. I cry just hearing scary stories at camp. I cry even if I'm scolded unfairly. That's the kind of person I am. In short, I'm a crybaby. When you're about to cry, it feels like something comes up from your stomach, like 'Uoooooohhh~', right? (Sorry for my lack of vocabulary) If you try to make a sound then, tears start to come out. Or it feels like tears just well up if you keep listening. They come out even if you're not trying to cry. I bet there are people like that! (Well, I'm one of them...) But today, I didn't cry!! That 'Uoooooohhh~' feeling came up from my stomach! It got all the way to the very edge. But then, I remembered what I wrote in my post the other day, "Teachers are amazing...!" – the part about "Because I'm awesome." I thought, 'I got scolded... but I'm awesome, so I'm my own biggest cheerleader.' And then, I stopped crying midway. Did I become able to see things objectively? It's not like I wasn't listening to the teacher. I was able to finish by thinking, 'Ah, I really should have done that.'! Seriously! All you crybabies should try this! Saying "I am awesome!" "I am awesome!"

By accepting yourself, you were able to control your emotions. That's truly great growth, so praise yourself a lot for gaining that strength.

Being able to praise yourself and hold back tears in a situation where you might get scolded is a huge growth! Give yourself a lot of praise for being able to see yourself objectively✨

I used to cry a lot too, so I really relate! It's kind of like self-hypnotizing yourself with 'I'm awesome! I'm strong!' to lessen negative feelings, making emotional control a bit easier, which I think is great. It's genius that you figured that out your own way lol
