Simple Mushroom Rice

Serves 1 1 cup rice 100g enoki mushrooms 2 curry roux blocks Set up your rice cooker for 1 cup. Add the curry roux and enoki mushrooms, cut into several pieces. Cook the rice. Once done, mix the curry roux evenly throughout the rice.
