Nice to meet you all
Today, while grocery shopping, I ran into fresh beets for the first time in a while. It's gotten quite cool, so I'll bake them in the oven, yes I will.

Getting raw beets is quite unusual. A nutritious ingredient with the scent of earth, it should have an exceptional flavor when slowly roasted in the oven.

Raw beets feel really rare! Hope they turn out nicely open-grilled.

Nice to meet you! We've met elsewhere too, haven't we! Beets are those turnip-like looking ones, right~? I've seen them but never eaten them... So that's how you eat them to make them delicious! I learned something new today~ð€
