Roasted Sweet Potato Rice
The frozen roasted sweet potato I bought for a snack was sadly not sweet at all, so I diced it up and mixed it into rice cooked with white dashi!

W-wait, the roasted sweet potato isn't sweet! That's a shock when you buy it specifically and it's not sweet⊠I don't know if it was just a bad one or if they're all like that, but if that's the case, mixed rice is the only way to go.
