Omurice

I went to a Western-style restaurant in my neighborhood and had their omurice lunch! It's the classic fluffy egg type of omurice. I like the runny kind too, but I still prefer the classic fluffy egg! It makes me happy when there are mushrooms and bell peppers in the chicken rice ☺ The consommé soup was also gently flavored and delicious ♪ The dressing on the salad was a cheesy Caesar, which was tasty, but I wonder if there's a similar one commercially available. Maybe I'll just have to make it myself?
