The Struggles of Collaborative Fiction

I'm writing a collaborative fanfiction for Danganronpa, and I'm facing a bit of a dilemma right now... It's about 'participant character settings disappearing'. Since all character settings have been gathered and I've already started writing the main story, it's quite tough. And of all times, the guardian (participant) of that character has been inactive lately... Right now, I'm waiting for a reply and can't proceed with the main story. I really hope to get a reply soon...
