[Added][Self-resolved] What does it mean to collect gems? (Action Quest)
There's a new Action Quest with a pretty high reward, isn't there? ※I tried clearing about 30 stages of SwapRush match3. However, I don't understand what it means to "collect XX gems". The "Achieve" button hasn't appeared yet either. As I play the game, gems accumulate, so does it refer to the cumulative total? I also don't know where to check how many gems I've collected through this Action Quest so far. I tried contacting support, but they misunderstood the event start popup as "achieved". I asked a total of three questions: the two points above, plus "it should have been achieved but isn't reflected". They only responded to the third question, saying "If you achieved it, please report again with a screenshot", and ignored the first two questions. I suspect they might be relying solely on AI for responses without human review. Does anyone know?

I think it's probably the in-game gems for that app, not the ones from Playio. I haven't installed the app myself, so I'm not sure, but is there anywhere you can check within the game? Generally, 'gems' refer to something jewel-like... if there's something that accumulates upon clearing the game, it might be referring to that.

I don't use that app either, but like Izumi Games said, I thought it might be about something in the game. If you're referring to the cumulative Playio gems earned in that game, you can check it under 'Today's Playtime'.
