Pity System

For some reason, my gacha luck is terrible only in this game; I've almost never gotten a character I wanted without hitting the pity. It helps that there are a lot of freebies and giveaways, though. Basically, I only pull when there's a free roulette event. Also, I can only pull after saving up enough for the pity.
