Why 3 years? 4.5 hours/day x 365 days x 3 years = 5000 hours? That's a terrifying amount of time! So this isn't about the app then? Is it usually smartphone addiction? Is it hard for individuals to break free? I'm struggling with how to secure that time! I'll try to adjust my schedule!
