His Majesty Arion

Oh, Hibari! To care about my plan, you truly are a loyal subject! The greening is in the final stages of preparation right now! Please wait just a little longer!

(It's a bit presumptuous to call it a gift, but I brought some plastic waste. I'm in the audience chamber to get permission to actually bury it in a corner of the desert to see if plants can grow. Trying to create organic matter from inorganic matter, it's practically alchemy. I wonder what His Majesty will say when he sees this...?

@アリオン四世 Thank you for your permission. Let's try it in a corner of the desert! I would like to ask Your Majesty to accompany us, when would be a convenient time for you?
