Lemon Honey Pickle
It's my recent obsession and habit, I eat about 2 slices a day. I feel like the longer it pickles, the milder the sourness becomes. You can make lemonade, or use it as a flavor for lemon water or coffee.

Honey-preserved lemon is delicious, right! It doesn't spoil easily and is good for your health too. Depending on the type of honey, it can become incredibly tasty, so I'm trying various kinds!
