It was too high a hurdle for me

Today was the once-a-month bento day for my younger child. They were really looking forward to it, oh yes. My older child suggested, 'Why don't you make a character bento?', which got my younger child excited, saying, 'I want a Cinnamoroll bento!'... So, this clumsy mom tried her best. But it ended up looking nothing like Cinnamoroll, more like some random character bento... I felt bad, but I sent it as is. When my older child saw it, they tried to comfort me by saying, 'This is cute in its own way too' 😂 It's not just with bentos or cooking, but I always look with admiration at people who are good at making things.
