I might have spread misinformation...
As the title says, I just contacted support. I thought the limit was 100 yen per day because I got a "suspicious activity" message when I tried to cash out more than that, but others have replied saying it's actually possible. I sincerely apologize m(_ _)m (It's the Silver Week holiday, so I guess they'll respond after the break~? So loooong)

Sometimes, an error or suspicious activity message pops up, but I don't think it's a restriction. It's probably just a simple communication error. When that happens to me, I usually wait a bit, restart, and then try the exchange again. Just in case, here's my exchange history from the planter using points. I exchanged two Amazon gift cards on the same day.

When the 'suspicious activity' message appears, retrying after a few seconds or force-closing the app and trying again after a few minutes often allows you to complete the exchange. Rarely, the 'suspicious activity' message persists for hours or even days, making exchanges impossible. In such cases, you'll need to contact support. Following their instructions, I received a reply in about a day and was able to complete the exchange. (It seems they only handle inquiries on business days, so if you contact them on a holiday, you might have to wait until the next business day.)
