Nice to meet you. I'm Cyril. Since September, has anyone else been experiencing issues with the video ads for daily bonus gems, 100 hearts, etc.?? I thought it might be an issue with my device, so I've restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled Playio multiple times, but the result hasn't changed, so I came here to ask.

It's unusual that it doesn't work even after trying things like restarting ð€ I used an EXP item and watched a bonus ad, and it played fine for me, letting me get gems.

AuthorIn my case, both the 100 gem bonus for charging and the bonus gem video ads from time quests consistently show "No ads available to play. Please try again after some time." every time I try. I haven't received any penalties myself, though. I don't know if this is a "feature" or not, but if it's changed, I wish they'd announce it.
