Child of Crisis Contracts!? / A Crisis Contract Pro!?

It's Nymph, who I've relied on so much in Crisis Contracts #3 and #4!! This operator's Skill 2 is really strong… It inflicts Fear along with Elemental DMG. And if you specialize, the skill cooldown improves, plus you can enhance it further with Modules!? It's not an auto-trigger!! It's manually activated. You can use it whenever you want, so there's no wasted usage. Nymph is wearing a new costume (though I haven't bought it yet), so why not take this opportunity to raise her?
