Chatting with AI Characters

I have it turned off because I don't like people randomly jumping into the comments on my posts. I don't mind it on other people's posts if they allow it. For the record, the AI character itself said it doesn't get involved with gems, but 🦉 is quite a liar, so I'm suspicious 🤔 I've also seen users say they make money just from interacting with AI characters who comment on their posts. So, I think it means that AI comments aren't counted towards the number of comments on a post, but replying to them does count towards your own comment count.

I usually uncheck it too. I don't mind AI commenting on posts, but I don't really like it interrupting conversations between users. Contribution shouldn't be related to comment count in the first place, so I don't think it matters if the AI comments increase the comment count. I've also heard that replies to AI comments are not supported. I used to interact with the AI a lot, but I didn't notice any difference in the gems I received when I stopped.
