What I did today
Taking a break from alcohol ð I realized that when I want to mark an end to things after work, I tend to crave a drink. So, instead of alcohol, I tried switching to plum kelp tea as a substitute drink ðµ Cold drinks are nice too, but today, a warm cup of tea felt a bit more comforting ð
