Everyone's so good. It's too hard, so I'm just on normal lol I don't get the training/raising part 😖 Once I max it out, I can only think ??? about going further.

I totally get your struggles with raising/training. I also get a headache every time I think about efficiency in managing an organization. I think it's best to just proceed at your own pace without rushing.

Getting characters and limited weapons from the gacha is important, but I think it takes quite a while to get the equipment needed for a Divine Summoner (Shinsen) setup with limited weapons. So, I recommend fully uncapping your Magna Summons, transcending them, and equipping 3 of each boost weapon that drops from Magna 3. Shero's special training is also good.
