Craft a Weapon

Once you have a decent amount of resources like healing items and gear, the next step is to fight. In this game, if you die, you lose all your inventory. To avoid dying in the skull map, prepare about 10 dried meats initially. Craft a club as your weapon. Enemies will detect you by your presence when you get close. Try to engage in 1v1 situations whenever possible and attack with stealth for a 2x damage bonus. If you're outnumbered, retreat from the area and re-enter to deal damage. Repeating this process is fine.
