It's like Nagaoka Ramen!

This was a limited-time offering at a local ramen shop. I've never actually had Nagaoka Ramen, so I have no idea how this differs from the real thing...🥲 But the one thing I definitely realized was, "It's easier to eat the usual big-sized menma." It was delicious. I want to go eat the authentic one there someday.
