JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable
All JoJo parts are interesting, but Part 4 is recommended for its music, story progression, and well-balanced characters! If you're new to JoJo, any part can be a great starting point if you get hooked, so give it a watch!

Whoa, Jojo Part 4 is recommended! You say the character balance is good, that makes me super curious. If Oden-sama recommends it, I'll definitely check it out next time!
