Yudofu (Boiled Tofu)
I suddenly craved Yudofu for dinner. I put enoki mushrooms on top of the tofu, microwaved it, and ate it with ponzu sauce. It was super delicious~! 𥰠Next time, I'll try it with napa cabbage!
