Pione Grape Precautions

I received some Pione grapes from Okayama as a gift. I didn't get around to eating them for a while, so I kept them in the fridge. When I finally decided to eat them and took a bunch out of the bag, about half of the grapes fell off with a plop. Well, I figured it couldn't be helped, so I washed them. As I was about to put one in my mouth, I suddenly felt something strange about the cut surface where the grapes had detached from the stem. When I looked closer, I saw mold growing on them. 'Oh crap, I can't eat these,' I thought, and examined them carefully. I confirmed that half of the fallen grapes had mold on them (ヽ´ω`). I learned a valuable lesson: fresh fruit should be eaten quickly! _(┐「ε:)_
