Downloaded it because it looked interesting. When I go into what seems like ranked matches, I don't really lose, or rather, there are no close matches. I guess I still have a long way to go?? I'm a beginner so I don't understand anything yet, but I'll try my best exploring. Tell me anything about this gameーー

Sorry for the long message. Ranked matches really begin from Epic. Around this rank, you'll start seeing close matches or getting stomped. Also, starting from Epic, Caravan and duplicate hero bans are a thing, so make sure to prepare multiple heroes for the same lane. Recommended heroes (for some roles only): Roamer: Angela (Her possession allows for instant teleportation and invincibility, which is strong. You need to judge the right timing to use it and escape.) Marcel (His stun is strong and he gets banned quite often.) Hunter: Miya (Very strong when dueling one opponent.) Hayabusa (Strong against multiple enemies.) However, both are weak and squishy early on. Jungler: Harley (His surprise attacks and subsequent retreats are strong.) Hilarious (His surprise attacks, invincibility, and skill spam are strong.) Jungling is difficult and intended for advanced players.
