Fishing Skill Build

Since I can fish from home, I'm leveling up my skills towards the River Rod. In the meantime, I'm taking a detour to the Power Rod to increase the activation rate of 'Bysion' by one level. Unlocking and upgrading fishing rods takes a decent amount of skill points, so if you can't respec your skill points, it might be a surprisingly painful detour... What do you guys think?
