About Mist Play ⢠[Multipliers and Boosts]
When you think of Mist Play, you think of 'multipliers' and 'boosts'. Multipliers range from 0.5x to 8x depending on the game, with 8x being the maximum.

Authorâââ What is 'Multiplier'? I've mentioned 'multiplier' a few times, and it's the most crucial point in Mist. This multiplier changes daily even for the same game, so it's best to download when the multiplier is good, but unfortunately, it's a matter of luck. Once installed, the multiplier is fixed. If you've ever downloaded a game from another company before, the multiplier for that game will be 0.5x. Even if it's your first time downloading with Mist, you might experience a mysterious drop in the multiplier depending on your network environment. In such cases, please contact support. They will likely assist you, but the outcome depends on Mist.

Authorâââ What is Boost This refers to a state where the multiplier increases with additions of 38%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. Since it returns to the original multiplier after the ã24-hour limitedã time passes, after DL, it's best to proceed as far as you can for the GXP type within the 2-hour limit, and for the game objective type, as much as possible. Even though it's 24-hour limited, with a boosted 8x, you get a reward of 160 units even at checkpoint 1. Depending on your stats, you should reach checkpoint 3-5 within an hour, meaning you can earn 480-800 units at once with 8x. If it were 1x, even reaching level 4 would only give you 80 units, so you can see how much the multiplier matters. While boosted is great, it goes without saying that higher base multipliers allow you to earn more for longer.

Authorâââ Other Mists reset at 00:00. The GXP type's "2 hours per day" also resets, so if you can download with a boost at night, you can do it twice within 24 hours by crossing over midnight. It's a chance to earn, so those with time, do your best. However, don't overdo it on workdays (^^;). By the way, the GXP type is more compatible with higher stats. As a side note, in the past, Silver and Gold had a 10% bonus at checkpoints, and Platinum had a 25% bonus. For about a week after it changed to the current two-task type, rewards were tripled, but that was likely too generous. It's completely gone now (bitter laugh). However, since the reach tasks now offer higher rewards than the previous bonuses, I don't think it's a downgrade. *I couldn't confirm whether there's a difference in reward amounts based on status.
