Previously, they said 'we are investigating whether it's a bug or a specification change,' but today I received a new response stating they still don't know the cause... 😢 Furthermore, they added that 'due to the massive amount of data, we cannot investigate further'... 😭 Perhaps the Japanese translation isn't working well, and there's a misunderstanding of the content...
