Tonight's Dinner

I used Don Quijote's "Super Spicy Coarsely Ground Chorizo" and made Carbonara. It's rare to find chorizo this spicy, so I get cravings for it sometimes. But since I know how spicy it is, I used it as an ingredient for Carbonara. Yep, it's spicy and delicious as expected.
