You need a character illustration (standing portrait). If you draw it yourself, it won't cost money, but if you commission someone, it will. Other than that, well, you can promote on Twitter, hang around other streams, etc., but those aren't essential for streaming. What you should do going forward will change depending on how passionate you are about it.

IRIAM's appeal is that you can easily do it with just your smartphone, but if you want to prepare BGM or do singing streams, having equipment might be better. For singing, you'd want an audio interface and a microphone, but for just chatting with some BGM, you can play it on another device or PC and just pick it up along with your voice, which is sufficient ♪

If you're concerned about your environment due to noise or other issues later on, I think it would be good to consider some equipment. If it doesn't bother you, what you have now is probably sufficient. By the way, it also comes with convenient features, so you might want to remember the YAMAHA AG-03 as a commonly used piece of gear. It costs around 15,000 to 17,000 yen on its own, but you'll also need a microphone at that point, so buying a streaming set (around 27,000 yen) on Amazon could be an option too. Consider it when you feel like improving your setup! 😄
