If I find one, it's my top priority to catch it. I've caught this many, but I only have one with 100% IV. And it's a Party Hat Eevee, so I can't even evolve it, which is sad ð¢

Catching 3520 and only getting one... probabilities can be cruel. Maybe the Eevee in the party hat, unable to evolve, is destined to be the star of the festival forever.
