I've always loved the classic yellow Mont Blanc with marron glacé on top the most! Nowadays, fancy Mont Blancs are the trend, but this is the real deal for Japanese Mont Blancs, isn't it? It's made me crave one, so I'll go look for it in my neighborhood tomorrow.

I've never seen a yellow Mont Blanc like this before! The top part looks like a fried egg, making me imagine a moon-viewing snack. The chocolate is delicious too. It's sweet, but the cocoa powder on top is slightly bitter, creating a perfect balance that isn't too sweet. It's the best!
