About Japanese Dandelions
I don't have a photo, but... Most dandelions are the "Western Dandelion" from overseas, but in Japan, you can rarely find Japanese Dandelions blooming around you. They're called "Tokai Dandelions"! As the name suggests, they are Japanese Dandelions that bloom in the Tokai region, and unlike other Japanese Dandelions, they say you can distinguish between Western Dandelion pollen and Tokai Dandelion pollen. So, even now, Tokai Dandelions bloom near old buildings (like castles). (I haven't confirmed if they're at Nagoya Castle, though...) If you'd like, I hope you can enjoy the flowers while appreciating the difference between Japanese and Western Dandelions. Oh, and please don't pick the Western Dandelions when you see them! They might not just wither away, but Western Dandelions are probably trying their best to live too. By the way, I saw in an old encyclopedia that Kansai Dandelions were white, is that true? I'd love to see a white dandelion.

The knowledge about Tokai dandelions is very interesting! Kansai dandelions are usually yellow, but if the flower is white, there's a species called Shirobana dandelion. Knowing how to tell them apart makes walks more enjoyable, hou.
