Featured Pickup Characters?!

What's the criteria for featured pickup characters, I wonder? There are only three characters released, but two of them were chosen, which is surprising 😱 I was also shocked by how fast the likes increased 💦 It's clear that everyone just hits like for now. Is it a benefit that there are missions, and it's easier to find characters later when you want to play? (It might be mostly the former though) Well, I hope I can release the fourth character by the end of today.
