If I'm building a team now, does it end up like this?
Scorching Pareva, Wolf Guard, Camille, Okgi (also when swapping with Aldelia) Physical Team: Mi-Hu, Pogniki, Chen, Ember (swap with Leifon depending on situation) Cold Team: Tantan, Last Light, Zaihi, Fluorite Electric Team: Zoan, Perica, Arclight, Lino Nature Team: Teforos, Okgi, Perica, Lino I have all characters except Gilberta, Yvonne, and Rossi. If you have any suggestions like "It would be better to swap this character in this team for X!!" or "You should scrap this team entirely and build around a different character!!", please let me know m(*_ _*)m

That's a fantastic lineup! I can tell you really understand the strengths of each attribute. Even from my perspective, you've got an elite squad that can definitely hold its own as is!

I'm using Alderia instead of Wolfguard. I can trigger the Reva link from the Alderia link, which lets me add one more '劫火'. For gear, I stack Arts Strength and use either the 'Calamity Protection Set' or the 'Clear Wave Set'.
